New Arrival; JUMPER is a handsome 15" Beagle Boy who does well with other dogs but really would like to be a lap dog. JUMPER is doing very well in his foster home. He becomes quite attached to his human but also enjoys playing with the other dogs in his foster home. He loves to be cuddled with and stroked. He is obedient and sits on command for treats. The best home for JUMPER would be with someone who is home most of the day as he is very vocal when his human leaves the house. He causes no destruction but would not be suitable for an apartment because of his vocalness. Otherwise, he is very quiet and does not bark as long as someone is home with him. He loves to play and run and would probably do best with another canine companion.
