It is hard to believe that someone would not want this calm and sweet Beagle girl, but that is exactly what happened.  It looks like STAR III recently had pups and when she was done with her mommy duties she was left outside to run around on her own in the forest.  A neighbor intervened and contacted SEBR when the owner agreed to surrender Star III. 

Star III has been fully vetted, is heartworm negative and ready to find a new family that will give her the love the deserves.
