JUST ARRIVED!
Alma is a little beauty beagle who is hungry for affection. Although she is super friendly, Alma can be a little shy and submissive - crouching down when first meeting - but she warms very quickly. She is definitely a sweet and loving dog. Alma was rescued by our friends at Atchafalaya River Rescue in Louisiana. She was thin, her ears were infected and her skin ravaged in places by flea allergic dermatitis. Now that Alma is so much more healthy, she has become more playful and really enjoys other dogs. She of course loves treats! She has a lovely beagle bay but isn't over vocal. Alma is heartworm positive and ready for the last stage of her treatment, but she could go on sleepover and her treatment, which would be paid for by SEBR, could be arranged.
