Ally is one of our newest additions and isn't she a beauty! Being mixed with a Walker Hound, Ally is a little taller than your average beagle.  She seems to be a real country girl and is adjusting to her new life in the suburbs. 

Since her arrival, Ally has been friendly with the other dogs she has met.  She is a little shy when meeting new people, but keep in mind, she is just getting settled in her new foster home.  She had no problem with her ear cleaning and "manicure" that we put her through upon her arrival : )

Update 4/4/11:

Ally is soooooo happy on her walks!   She has had very little leash training but is picking it up quickly. We have also been working on "sit" and other basic commands with her and she is doing well. The best news is that she is housetrained! Woohoo, no accidents and will let me know when she needs to go outside. Good girl, Ally!
