Buddy has a story. Back in 2020, Jack drove up to the “Ripley First Monday” flea market in Mississippi and “bought” all the Beagles that were being sold there that day. He found Buddy, fka Falkner and another Beagle huddled as far back as they could go in their crate. Only God knows what kind of life these two sweet Beagles had up until that day.
Buddy has a story. Back in 2020, Jack drove up to the “Ripley First Monday” flea market in Mississippi and “bought” all the Beagles that were being sold there that day. He found Buddy, fka Falkner and another Beagle huddled as far back as they could go in their crate. Only God knows what kind of life these two sweet Beagles had up until that day.
Buddy's rehabilitation took a while, but he was in a great foster home with children and other dogs, and he eventually made impressive progress. He was adopted in 2021 by a family who showed him love and patience but after having him for a long while, they made the difficult decision of returning him to the rescue.
Buddy went to a foster home with several other dogs and a large fenced yard and... he came alive! He still has some quirks and things that make him unsure - but he LOVES to run in a yard or in a dog park and LOVES to cuddle with his foster mom. He is a SUCCESS STORY who needs the right home now.
