Meet your brown-eyed girl, Lucy IX! This special girl has so much love to give and is perfect for a grown family who is looking for a dog that enjoys playing, walking, and relaxing! You can see by one of the additional pictures we have included of her that she enjoys her walks, and now that she is in a foster home, Lucy is learning to play with toys and also to live with other dogs. She previously lived alone with an elderly man who had to go into assisted living and Lucy had nowhere else to go. We were happy to take her into our rescue as she clearly has some beagle in there somewhere. In her foster home Lucy is also making top grades with house training and good manners. She was not previously used to being crated but is doing well with that as well. We've also included a little video showing her happy nature. For some reason her still shots don't bring out that side of her as well but her little tail just wags and wags! Lucy is all up to date on her vaccinations and her heartworm negative.
