UPDATE *** What a good-natured dog this beagle is! George adores the other dog in his foster home and we hope he finds a home with another dog who can be his buddy. He still seems to be a little shy of dogs that are a lot bigger than him. George does well on leash, loves to go on long walks and sleeps quietly in his crate at night. He may be a little shy in new circumstances in the beginning, but if given a little time to get comfortable, he is definitely an affectionate and happy guy! Be sure to check out this little video clip of George in his foster home.

George II is a very playful dog who does really well with dogs his own size or smaller - he is a little timid with larger dogs. George has lived a large portion of his past life outdoors with only occasional times of being an inside dog. He is delighted with the new circumstances and is coming along with his housetraining. George is smart and willing to learn. He is already doing much better with sleeping in his crate at night. He has only been in his foster home a few days, so we will share more info in a few days.
