ADOPTION PENDING
UPDATE: 2/17/23
Tallulah's foster family says she is so calm. She would do best in a calm and rather quiet home. She's sweet, gentle and takes treats nicely. She is working on her house training report card and has moments where she shines and does good potty outside. She has gained some weight which makes us happy. She seems willing to work on her leash training skills. She enjoys going in and out of the sliding glass doors in her foster home, laying in the sun, soaking in a life as a treasured family member. She enjoys it so much that she needs a bit of coaxing to come in the house. She's currently crated when her foster family cannot supervise her, which ends up being about an hour a day. She's a good eater. She whines a bit when left alone and settles quickly. She's enjoying the company of their 70 pound hound dog. She hasn't chewed anything she's not supposed to. She's a tiny girl. She's a little hand shy, but really enjoys human attenti, as a matter of fact - she's a "velcro" dog. Where you are, she's like to be. She's simply a delight.
Tallulah is very gentle and friendly and... perfect! She is such an ideal little beagle size and just the right age to be settled and easy. She loves lying in the sun, until it is time to move to the shade. She's a little uncertain on a leash but could learn with patience. In her foster home Tallulah is doing well with house trainng and sleeps in her crate at night. She is still adjusting to her routine but coming along just fine. We are so sorry that she tested heartworm positive but she will see our vet soon.
