ADOPTION PENDING
Check out this CUTIE PATOOTIE!!! Sullivan may be tiny but he is big on confidence. He acts a lot like a puppy but we verified his age with a veterinarian and he is somewhere between two and four years old - so we listed him as three. Sullivan is great with other dogs and friendly with people. He's still working on potty training - but he only just arrived. He does fantastic riding in a car. At home, Sullivan does like to chew, but he redirects very well to appropriate chew toys. He would love to play with the other dog in his foster home but she is not interested. He spent one night at our Intake Coordinator's home who is fostering Sonny and Frodo (both under a year), and he had a blast playing with them! But it's looking like little Sullivan may be able to match the energy in his environment. When his foster mom is working on the computer, he is quite content to curl up near her, only moving when she gets up. Sullivan currently sleeps in a crate at night and is quiet as long as he can see his foster mom. He's been through some changes lately coming from a shelter in Lousiana, so he still has some adjusting to do. He needs to gain a couple of pounds but that should not be a problem as he has the typical beagle appetite!
