Scrappy was rescued about a year and a half ago from a very sad life. As a young pup he was crated for about 23 hours a day and had very little human contact. His next life with his rescuer was full of love and fun times. Alas, she now has to rehome him because of personal circumstances. Scrappy is usually up for adventure. He is an affectionate dog but can sometimes be a little timid at first. He has lived in a household with many other dogs and cats but really likes to bond with another dog...possibly a female, but you just can't predict the chemistry between two dogs sometimes. He is young and fairly active and we'd really like to see him have a securely fenced yard. Understandably, he is not thrilled about being crated but we are still working on that.
