Jon was siezed from his owner, along with several other dogs, as part of an animal abuse case.  While the owner was freed, Jon and his friend Mike were impounded and then set to be euthanized.  Well, we just could not let this great Beagle boy be killed so SEBR arranged with a local rescue to pull him from the shelter and hold him until transport could be arranged.

Jon is an affectionate little boy who is starting to enjoy his new life of freedom and of being loved.  He needs a warm and nurturing family to help him forget and bury his past forever.
