MARCIE is a lively little Beagle who came to us from rural North Carolina along with her mom Lizzie and sister Patty.  She loves her walks outside and she can get really excited if she sees a squirrel or a cat. But even though Marcie is full of energy, she is also quite fond of being cuddled on the couch!! Marcie's foster mom has recently noticed that Marcie has a little grin when she's really happy to see her; since she only shows part of her teeth when she does it, mom describes it as an "Elvis grin." Marcie is very friendly with children and adults and seems to bond easily. She also gets along just fine with other dogs, but if they are just too exuberant she will let them know...but who can blame her for that? She is, afterall, just a little Beagle!
